Something good to know about me is that I love me some on the go snacks! Whether it’s dried fruit, jerky sticks, or granola bars, I’m all about it. And just like everyone else, I have my favorites! And lately that favorite has been the Kind brand of nut bars.
If you’ve ever looked at the ingredient label for Kind bars, you know how simple their ingredients are. They usually only have a few down to earth ingredients all mixed together to create a simple and healthy on the go snack.
The only problem is, they can be a bit on the pricey side–especially if you find yourself craving them as often as I do!
So, I decided to start looking into some homemade options and found this recipe in the process! Made with a variety of different nuts, some dates, and a bit of honey–these nut bars are so simple and easy to make at home. And the best part? It only takes a little over an hour to make these from start to finish!

As always, thanks for reading!
